Migrating a server can be a complex process, so we can **migrate your server to our servers free of charge**. You can benefit from our migration service. However, **a 100% migration guarantee cannot be provided**. We take maximum care to ensure a smooth migration.

With our free backup service, we provide **operating system-based (snapshot)** automatic weekly backups for your Virtual Server service up to **100GB in size** free of charge. However, while no data guarantee is provided, the responsibility for backup primarily belongs to our users.

Our servers are located in **our company's private, encrypted cabinets within the TIER3 certified Comnet data center in Istanbul, Turkey**, using our own hardware. Therefore, access to your sites will be fast both domestically and internationally.

You can **upgrade to higher packages** for your server as you wish. No data loss occurs during package upgrades.
