Unlimited Web Hosting
Unlimited Hosting Frequently Asked Questions
Questions you might have about our Unlimited Hosting service
What is unlimited hosting?
Unlimited Hosting refers to specially designed web hosting packages that allow hosting one or more websites under a single plan, without the problems associated with traffic spikes or disk quota limits found in limited plans.
What does Unlimited Hosting include?
As long as FTP space is not used for storage or backup purposes, you can host your website without any issues. Storage and bandwidth are not restricted as long as usage complies with our terms of service.
What software is supported by Unlimited Hosting?
You can host PHP and HTML-based software, as well as open-source platforms like WordPress and Joomla on our Linux infrastructure. It is also fully optimized for software such as Opencart, PrestaShop, phpBB, SMF, MyBB, and Vbulletin. Over 250 ready-made applications can be installed with a single click using Softaculous.
How does the free domain registration and transfer work?
Free domain registration is included with annual Unlimited Hosting packages for specified extensions. The domain is assigned during the purchase process, and future renewals are priced separately. If not used during the order, this benefit is forfeited.
Why should I buy unlimited hosting?
Unlimited hosting packages offer higher performance features than standard plans — such as unlimited SSD space, unlimited bandwidth, and enhanced CPU/RAM resources. Ideal for performance-heavy websites and to avoid traffic or quota issues.
Does Unlimited Hosting include Turkish cPanel and LiteSpeed?
All our Unlimited Hosting packages come with a Turkish cPanel interface. You can manage your site easily with tools like database creation, file management, and email setup. We use LiteSpeed Enterprise, which is 10x faster than Apache, for better performance.
Are your Unlimited Hosting packages compatible with WordPress or Joomla?
Yes, our Linux hosting is fully optimized for WordPress and Joomla. It is also compatible with other platforms like Opencart, PrestaShop, phpBB, SMF, MyBB, and Vbulletin. You can install over 250 applications via the control panel with one click.
What is the difference between Unlimited Hosting and Reseller Hosting?
In single hosting packages, all sites share the same FTP and control panel. CPU and RAM resources are also shared. In reseller packages, each site gets a separate hosting account with individual resource limits.
What PHP versions and modules are supported?
We support PHP versions from 5.3 up to 8.x. You can change the version with one click from your panel. You can also enable popular modules like Ioncube, GD, Mbstring, PDO, SOAP, and Zend.
Can you migrate my hosting from another provider?
Yes, we offer free migration services from other providers. While we cannot offer a 100% guarantee, we do our best to ensure your site is transferred smoothly and without issues.
How does free backup work?
Weekly automated backups are provided free of charge. However, we do not offer data guarantees. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Accounts over 3 GB in size are not backed up.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in Istanbul, Turkey in private encrypted cabinets owned by our company, in facilities that meet TIER III standards. This ensures fast access from both domestic and international locations.
Do you have an inode (file count) limit?

Can I upgrade my package without losing data?
