Managed Server

Managed Server is a service offered to businesses that do not want to deal with technical details such as server management, security updates, backups, and performance monitoring. Server management is **carried out by a professional team**, allowing you to focus on your business.

A **Managed Server** is a service where server management and maintenance are handled by the provider. This includes services such as software updates, security patches, backups, and technical support. A **Unmanaged Server**, on the other hand, requires the user to perform all these tasks themselves.

**Convenience and Savings:** You don't have to deal with technical details.
**Security:** Your server is regularly updated and protected against security vulnerabilities.
**Performance:** Server performance is continuously monitored and optimized.
**Support:** You can receive professional support.

Managed Server service offers comprehensive services such as **software updates, security patches, backups, performance monitoring, and technical support**. Additionally, server configuration and optimization services are included when needed.

Managed server service supports all **Linux and Windows** distributions, **provided that a control panel is installed**.

At the time of order, there is a selection screen for free and paid panels. You can select **free** **Cyberpanel** if you prefer, or **cPanel, Plesk and Directadmin** control panel if you prefer.

You can migrate to a higher package without performing any operations on the data on your server. Your server must be restarted during the migration process.

As shown on our page, **additional discounts are available for annual purchases**. You can take advantage of this by applying the discount coupon on the order screen.

Moving a server is a difficult task, which is why we can move your server to our server **free of charge**. You can take advantage of our transfer service. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% transfer. We take the utmost care to ensure a smooth transfer.

We offer a free backup service for your cloud server service, providing weekly automatic backups based on the operating system (snapshot). However, no data guarantee is provided, and the responsibility for backups lies primarily with our users.

Our servers are located in our **TIER3 certified data center** in **Turkey / Istanbul**, broadcasting through our company's own hardware in our company's own encrypted cabinets. Therefore, access to your websites will be fast both domestically and internationally.

You may host content that complies with Turkish laws, does not serve harmful purposes, does not violate copyrights or our agreement, and does not contain content that could harm other sites on the same server. Beyond this, the service cannot be used for **backup purposes** or as a **file and video sharing point**.
